Production capacity sized to meet customers' needs

  • 27 000 m2 for manufacturing and handling in optimum conditions
  • 5 000 m2 of insulated workspace
  • Lifting/hoisting capacity up to 20 tonnes
  • 4 dedicated workshops: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, automated processes
  • 700 m2 of covered and heated storage space
  • 470 m2 of office space with a technical studies department

Certified personnel

  • Specialised boilermakers and welders with regular training in automated welding techniques
  • Personnel qualified under standards EN 287.1 / EN 287.2 and SNCF certification
  • Before - and after-sales service

Robotics are the core of our work

  • TIG automated welding gantry (9 mobile axes over 12 m) for stainless steel and aluminium
  • Two automated gantries and a MIG welding support arm for carbon steels, equipped with positioning devices to handle up to 1 500 kg, providing a workspace volume of 4 m x 1.5 m x 1.2 m (length/width/height)

Traceable production

  • Work according to blueprints
  • Station-to-station traceability using barcode identification readers
  • Final inspection for validation according to customer specifications
  • Delivery by road transport is possible (maximum volume: 30 m x 9 m x 5 m, (length/width/height))
  • On-site follow-up
